Orders are usually processed within 1 business days and shipping times are 1-4 business days, in most cases (the total time to get your package may be 2-6 business days). Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO locations can take up to 3 weeks. We normally ship using the carrier of our choice which may be USPS, FedEx or UPS.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING usually takes 3-5 business days to reach its final destination. The shipping fee is calculated based on the the total weight of your cart.

• We ship to all 50 states in the USA and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses abroad. Items are sent from our centrally located warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on a daily basis (Monday-Friday).

• TreasureGates.com reserves the right to switch the shipping method to a more economical option for overweight packages.

DOT RESTRICTIONS ON AIR SHIPPING

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that may contribute to a fire or other mishap during shipping.

RETURNS

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be returned to us in their original state, unused and unwashed, with all security tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.

REFUNDS

You will be refunded via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your credit card company. Orders placed with Paypal or AliPay will be refunded to the original account. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

In the event that a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee upon confirmation of the corrected mailing address and our resending the package.  Note: Fee to be the actual cost of shipping.
